Delivery and Shipping

After we’ve got your order, a trained mechanic will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks. So your bike can fit in the box, we’ll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side. We will deliver your bike to your home (you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your bike’s journey). When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Don’t worry, we’ll include instructions for this bit!

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email when your bike is on its way, advising a delivery date.

Boasting 50mm wide tyres, a low mounted battery, and a tapered headtube this hybrid electric bike delivers superb grip, great balance and responsive, predictable handling across multiple road surfaces. An ideal choice for leisure and commuting use. For added safety it also features reflective sidewalls strips on the tyres for better rider visibility in low light conditions, front and rear LED lights, and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disk brakes front and rear for outstanding stopping power.
