Delivery and Shipping

After we’ve got your order, a trained mechanic will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks. So your bike can fit in the box, we’ll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side. We will deliver your bike to your home (you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your bike’s journey). When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Don’t worry, we’ll include instructions for this bit!

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email when your bike is on its way, advising a delivery date.

Description

The Merida eSilex 400 Electric Gravel Bike enables you to go further, tackle more and generally just smile a lot. It features a Shimano GRX400 2 x 10 drivetrain powered by MAHLE ebikemotion 40Nm hub motor and 250Wh fully integrated internal battery that’s hidden in the downtube. Carbon forks, a lightweight aluminium frame, and an almost completely drag-free motor mean that even without power assistance the eSilex 400 is easy to ride making it ideal for longer adventures. Adjust the feel of your ride and get post-ride analysis with the iWoc button and app. The frame has mounts for mudguards and rack and a tidy discrete kickstand mount.
