Delivery and Shipping

After we’ve got your order, a trained mechanic will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks. So your bike can fit in the box, we’ll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side. We will deliver your bike to your home (you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your bike’s journey). When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Don’t worry, we’ll include instructions for this bit!

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email when your bike is on its way, advising a delivery date.

The Merida eOne-Forty 400 Electric Mountain Bike is the entry point into full suspension ebiking in the Merida range. Benefitting from a sleek aluminium frame, a powerful 630Wh battery and an 85Nm Shimano EP8 motor, the eOne-Forty shares exactly the same frame and design features as the award winning eOne-Sixty but has different ride characteristics that make it more agile and playful making it ideal for all day riding. Shimano's e-Tube app allows you to tailor power delivery to suit your riding style between shredding and cruising while Suntour suspension and the Shimano Deore 10 speed drivetrain combine deliver a smooth, seamless ride on all surfaces.
