Delivery and Shipping

After we’ve got your order, a trained mechanic will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks. So your bike can fit in the box, we’ll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side. We will deliver your bike to your home (you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your bike’s journey). When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Don’t worry, we’ll include instructions for this bit!

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email when your bike is on its way, advising a delivery date.

Description

The Merida eBig Tour 475 EQ Electric Hybrid Bike is the cycling equivalent of an SUV and is both practical and stylish. Fitted with an 85Nm Shimano Steps EP6 motor and 750Wh battery to give you more in the tank, and 29” wheels with grippy 2.2” Kenda Booster tyres that fit neatly inside the mudguards for added practicality. The Suntour XCM34 fork and hydraulic disc brakes ensure a smooth ride with excellent stopping power. For added convenience this bike also benefits from reflective strips, a carry rack with an integrated rear light, a Leyzyne front light, an integrated lock and a kick stand.
