The Inspire Fitness SCS Smith cage is an innovative, versatile and adaptive strength system designed for effective full body workouts. This robust apparatus combines the benefits of a power rack, Smith machine, functional trainer and dual adjustable pulley to let you target all major muscle groups. To facilitate gradual progression, there is a starting resistance of just 13.6kg (30lbs) and the cage has a dual racking system for both the Smith bar and your own free weight Olympic bar. To make it perfect for individual training, there are 15 steel lockout points, whilst the 6-pulley system allows for greater challenge and variety. The SCS Smith cage offers 2 x 73kg (161lbs) weight stacks with a 1:2 resistance ratio, an adjustable pull up station with wide, neutral and close grip options, as well as a heavy-duty 11-gauge steel frame and commercial grade cables for reliable performance and long-lasting durability.
