Delivery and Shipping

This item is delivered to you FREE of charge using a next day carrier delivery service to all post codes in England, Wales and Scotland (excludes Highlands and Islands as set out in the exceptions below), as part of an order over £50. A delivery charge of £3.50 is applied to orders under £50.

The standard delivery is next working day ‘signed for’ service with deliveries, Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm to your front door (applies to orders placed before 2pm). This heavy-duty bench has a rugged steel construction with a sturdy U-shaped front frame ensuring extra stability and safety during intense workouts. It features an adjustable 3-position seat and a multi-position backrest enabling you to quickly and easily switch between decline, flat, upright and 4 incline positions. There is also an adjustable, detachable preacher curl pad to let you isolate biceps for maximum growth, as well as a leg developer with 6 oversized foam rollers to allow for developing strong leg muscles. Enhanced comfort and support during the hardest of workouts are delivered by a 50mm (1.9”) thick padded seat and back support. The bench utilises a weight plate holder with an included Olympic sleeve and handles a maximum load of 240kg (529lbs) including the user.
