This item is delivered to you FREE of charge using a next day carrier delivery service to all post codes in England, Wales and Scotland (excludes Highlands and Islands as set out in the exceptions below), as part of an order over £50. A delivery charge of £3.50 is applied to orders under £50.
The standard delivery is next working day ‘signed for’ service with deliveries, Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm to your front door (applies to orders placed before 2pm). If you would like to delay your order to ensure that will be home or to request an upgraded delivery please request this using the ‘special instructions’ while making payment and a member of the team will be in touch to book in the delivery.

The attractively made DKN 4ft Standard EZ curl bar is a robust 4ft (122cm) long bar, and weighs 5.1kg. EZ Curl bars have a positive influence on your posture and are a great exercise tool for building bicep, shoulder and tricep definition, the bar allows users to take a more natural position, alleviating pressure on both wrists and elbows whilst utilising an engraved and spaced knurled crosshatch pattern to help users maintain an improved grip.
The bar is compatible with Standard weight plates, with 1” (25.4mm) diameter hole, which can be added on to the outer portions of the bar to increase or decrease the desired total weight. The sleeves have two chrome plated spinlock ends, to ensure that weight plates remain firmly secured onto bar whilst exercising. Constructed from solid steel this bar is designed for durability and has a chrome finish protecting against rusting, chipping, scarring and peeling.
The DKN 4ft Standard EZ curl bar can be used by beginner, intermediate and advanced weight lifters and is able to support up to a maximum of 125kg (275lbs).
