The shape of the bag is designed to emulate torso and head, therefore allowing for training precision and consistency with punching combinations that include jabs, hooks and uppercuts. The bag is quite versatile and very easy to set up. Furthermore, the bag is made of leather to ensure long-lasting durability, plus it features a toughened nylon lining to retain the correct shape. Also, there’s a lacing opening on the side for swift access to the bladder, and a spare bladder is included for easy replacement if needed.
