Delivery and Shipping

The product will be delivered to your home by UK Mail Iconsign. For orders placed and accepted before Midday - 12pm Monday to Thursday, the product will be delivered the next day, provided the next day is not a UK bank holiday or public holiday. If your order is placed after Midday - 12pm on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be delivered to you the following Tuesday. Delivery is available for the whole UK mainland (for other regions such as the Scottish Highlands, deliveries are available on special quote).

Christmas 2024 Cut-Off Dates:

Carbon Claw Offices will be closed after the 23rd Dec 2024 and will re-open on the 2nd Jan 2025.
For Guaranteed Deliveries before Christmas, orders will need to be received no later than mid-day Thursday 19th Dec for dispatch Friday 20th Dec, for delivery Monday 23rd/Tuesday 24th December.
Orders received after mid-day Thursday 19th December will be gladly received and will be dispatched as early as possible but cannot be guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery.
