What’s Included in Our Service:
- Assembly of Your Machine: Whether it’s a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical trainer or rowing machine, our experts ensure professional installation so you can use your equipment with confidence.
- Packaging Removal: No mess left behind! All packaging materials will be cleared away as part of the service.
- Timely Installation: Most installations are completed within 5-10 working days of placing your order. In some cases, certain postcodes may require additional time, but we guarantee installation within 30 days.
- Ground Floor Installations: Our standard service includes delivery and setup in your chosen ground floor room.
Non-Ground Floor Installations
If you need your equipment installed on a higher floor, we can accommodate this with a surcharge of £25 plus VAT per floor. Simply inform us during the booking process, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
Exclusions and Limitations
We strive to cover as many areas as possible, but there are some limitations to our installation service:
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver or install to the following locations:
- Scottish Highlands (AB 1-9/14/21-23/30-39/41-45/51-56, IV 1 – 56, KW 1 - 14 KA 27 – 28, PA - 20 – 39, PH 11 – 40, FK 19 – 21)
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Offshore Scottish Islands (including Orkney and Shetland)
- Channel Islands
How It Works
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, our customer service team will contact you within 2 working days to provide a site survey form.
- Schedule Installation: Once the form is complete, our specialist white-glove installation team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery and setup.
- Sit Back and Relax: On the day of installation, your cardio machine will be delivered, fully assembled, tested, and ready to use. We’ll even take care of all the packaging!
What’s Not Covered
Please note that this service is for cardio machines only. The installation service does not cover multi gyms. If you would like a quote for multi gym installation, let us know - we're here to help.
