The elliptical cross trainer and the treadmill. Two of the most recognisable fitness machines you’ll find in any commercial gym. The elliptical cross trainer works your full body, moving your arms and legs in coordination. The treadmill offers a way to walk, run or hike wherever you may be. And, now they’re both becoming an essential part of a home gym setup, offering a multiplicity of different workouts with some great cardiovascular benefits.
